सहकारी ऐन २०८ अन्तर्गत स्थापना भएको यस धनसार बचत तथा ऋण सहकारीको मुख्यालय बिजुलीबजार, काठमाडौंमा रहेको छ । शुरुमा नेपाल टेलिकममा कार्यरत ४३ जना कर्मचारी संस्थापक सदस्य रहि रु. २,१५,०० को पुँजीबाट स्थापना भएको यो संस्था १५ बर्षको अवधिमा सदस्य संख्या १११ जना र शेयर पुँजी रु. १ करोड ०९ लाख २० हजार पुगेको छ ।
It was duly registered in 2065 B.S. at the Kathmandu District Cooperative Division Office under the Cooperative Act, 2048, and has been running ever since in accordance with the values and principles of the cooperative movement. In this growth, a major contribution also comes from the savings and members consolidated through the welfare fund that was active in Nepal Telecom in the past.
