2. Diagnostic Record Retention
Your orthodontic 3D maps and dental history are retained safely to track long-term teeth shifting, braces alignment progressions, and implant health. Patients can petition to have their records exported or permanently expunged from database registries at any time.

1. Appointment Cancellations & Delay Policies
Because slot bookings are reserved on a dedicated medical schedule with Dr. Pooja Shah and consultants, patients are requested to notify our clinical desk of rescheduling or cancellation **at least 12 hours prior** to their slot timing. Persistent booking no-shows may require prepaying down-payments to unlock future calendar slots.
2. Orthodontic Braces and Aligners Results
Orthodontic teeth transformations require active compliance. Failure to wear thermoformed alignment trays as requested (22 hours daily) or missing wire tension adjustment visits may delay progress and results, and could incur structural re-scanning costs.
